FOR ALL TOURNAMENTS:
Consistent "NO SHOW" or "FORFEIT" pitchers risk having their NHPA cards revoked
"NO SHOW" indicates a pitcher who has registered, does not show, does not contact the tournament director.
"FORFEIT" is a pitcher who begins to pitch, but drops out for a variety of reasons (illness, weather, etc).
