Friday night of Fair Week:
"Pitch in at the Fair!" 6-9 PM
Pitch 4 shoes (no charge), a Ringer wins a free Jr. Personal Pizza courtesy of Grotto Pizza. Everyone who participates gets a prize!

Sunday of Fair Week:
Open Doubles Tournament
Please register between 11:00am and noon. The tournament starts at 1:00 PM. All teams are set-up by skill level, so those who compete regularly are teamed with people who perhaps only pitch a few times per year. Men, women, and children welcome!

The registration fee is $5, but all fees go towards prize money and trophies for the winning teams.

General location


We're located 5 minutes outside of downtown Dallas, PA in Northeastern Pennsylvania near Wilkes-Barre.

Our courts are at the Luzerne County Fairgrounds. Bring the family... the 4H club has horse shows at the fairgrounds almost every weekend and we're only 20 minutes from Ricketts Glen State Park (great camping, lake with fishing and swimming beach, and Falls Trail with 33 waterfalls), lots of game lands for hiking and fishing, and Frances Slocum Park (great fishing and public swimming pool).

We're 5 minutes from downtown Dallas. There are lots of antique shops in the area, and we're 20 minutes from Wilkes-Barre, Wyoming Valley Mall, & movie theaters. If you're in the area for the weekend, check out AAA baseball (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons), or shows & concerts at the Wachovia Arena or the Ford Amphitheater at Montage Mountain.

Directions

On Route 118, 1/2 mile west of intersection of Rts 118 & 415.

Exit 170A off Interstate 81 to route 309 North, approximately 10 miles to route 415 north. Then approx 3 miles to left turn onto route 118 West for 1/4 mile. Watch for signs for Luzerne County Fairgrounds then turn left at the main gate at sign for Dallas Horseshoe Club.
